Thank you for choosing SalesTarget.ai! Once you've purchased your subscription, follow these steps to set up your email account and get started with your outreach campaigns.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

• Navigate to SalesTarget.ai.
• Log in with your credentials. If it's your first time logging in, complete the email verification process.

Step 2: Navigate to the Email Accounts Section

• After logging in, go to the left sidebar of your dashboard.
• Click on Email Accounts to begin setting up your email account (as shown in the screenshot below).

Step 3: Click "Add New" to Start Adding Your Domain

• In the Email Accounts section, click on Add New to begin configuring your email.

Step 4: Connect Your Email (Choose One of the 4 Options)

• You’ll be redirected to the Connect Email page, where you can choose from the following four options:

Option 1: Pre-Warmed Email Accounts

What it offers:

These accounts are ready-to-use and warmed up, so you can start sending emails immediately.

Benefits:

• Ready-to-use accounts and domains
• Start sending emails instantly
• Optimized for maximum email deliverability

Option 2: Create Your Own Domain

What it offers:

You can purchase a custom domain directly from SalesTarget.ai.

How to set it up:

• 1. Click on Gmail/G-Suite.
• 2. In the search bar, enter the desired domain name and click Search.

• 3. Browse the list of available domains, select the one you want, and click Continue
• 4. After choosing your domain, you’ll be directed to the Order Summary page, where you'll receive five email accounts for that domain.
• 5. Review the order details and click Place Order to complete the process.

Note: DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours for the emails to be fully set up.

Option 3: Link Existing Gmail or G-Suite Accounts

What it offers:

If you already have a Gmail or G-Suite account, you can link it directly to SalesTarget.ai.

How to set it up:

• 1. Select Gmail/G-Suite from the available options.
• 2. Authenticate through Google and link your existing Gmail or G-Suite account

Option 4: Mail Pilot

What it offers:

This option allows you to configure an email account with external email providers or custom setups.

How to set it up:

• 1. Choose Mail Pilot.
• 2. Follow the steps to connect your chosen email provider or SMTP setup.

Final Notes

After your email account is set up, you can start creating campaigns and reaching out to prospects.

DNS Propagation:

Be aware that DNS changes for your domain may take up to 24 hours to propagate fully. Please check your email account status after that time. If your account is not fully set up after 24 hours, consult the help center or contact support.
